Refund policy


Delivery is free in France for all orders over 250€.

Delivery without signature is 7,00€ in France.

The delivery in relay point is 4€ in France.

Delivery in Europe is also subject to additional shipping costs. ( About 13€ EU)( About 30€ International)

The order is delivered to the delivery address via Colissimo within a maximum of 12 working days for a delivery in Metropolitan France and twenty working days for an international delivery, this period being counted from the first working day after the validation of the order. You are informed of the departure of your order by email.

In order for these delays to be respected, you must make sure that you have communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as: street number, building, staircase, access codes, names
and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

Pre-ordered models take approximately 4 weeks to complete.


Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the non-professional customer has a period of
14 days from the receipt of the ordered product to return it. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed and labeled condition.
Each product will be checked by us.

If you are not completely satisfied with the item, you can return it.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether or not to approve your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the account linked to the credit card used
or your original method of payment as soon as possible.


Exchange for the same item is possible, if the product is available. If the product is not available, we will issue a refund. The garment to be exchanged must not have been worn, washed or damaged and must have its tags.
We exchange items within the limit of one exchange per item per order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your items. The shipping costs are not refundable except in the case where
the items have a manufacturing defect or do not correspond to the original order.
When shipping, we recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
